All digital product purchases are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, due to the nature of instant delivery.
b. Coaching Sessions or Personalized Services
You may request a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be non-refundable, unless due to extenuating circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
